Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 7 business days
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays
• During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:
• USA: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Please note:
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
Born of Discipline is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border agencies.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Born of Discipline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Verify the shipping address provided
• Contact the shipping carrier directly
If your package is delayed in transit, please reach out to the carrier first, as they will have the most up-to-date information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
