Return & Refund Policy
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Standard returns are not permitted at this time.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you do not need to return it.
Instead:
• Contact us orders@bornofdiscipline.com within 2 days of delivery
• Provide photos showing proof of the damage or defect
• Once approved, we will process your full refund
You may keep or dispose of the item after approval. If you would like a replacement, you are welcome to place a new order.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, the same process applies:
• Contact us within 2 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the item received
• Once approved, we will issue your refund
You can then place a new order for the correct item if you choose.
Items sent back without first receiving approval from BOD, will not be accepted.
Exchanges
No exchanges are accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you via email if/when your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
